Foundations Pelvic Floor Therapy & Health is a female-founded and -led, locally-owned business. Our founder’s history with Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy informs her passion to deliver the best possible client experience.
Meet the Founder
Erin Castleman started Foundations Pelvic Floor Therapy & Health following her own experience of pelvic floor trauma, therapy, and recovery. The births of her children in 2016 and 2021 caused significant perineal tearing (Levels IV and II, respectively), which resulted in serious pelvic health concerns, including dyssynergia and fecal incontinence. Viewing her issues as an inevitable outcome of childbirth, Erin resigned herself to discomfort, inconvenience, and embarrassment.
In 2024, she began working with Dr. Nicole Dudney to stabilize, restore, and maintain her pelvic health. Though the therapy proved transformative—substantially improving Erin’s symptoms and daily quality of life—the patient experience routinely made her feel exposed and uncomfortable. With this knowledge, Erin set out to create a clinic designed specifically for pelvic floor therapy, one that prioritizes patients’ dignity, privacy, and comfort. Foundations Pelvic Floor Therapy & Health is the outcome of that effort and Erin’s offering to patients that deserve both clinical expertise and a restorative environment marked by warmth and discretion.

Angela Park-Sheldon, PT, DPT
Angela received her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, School of Health Related Professions (currently part of Rutgers University) in 2006. Her professional experience spans the rehabilitation spectrum–from vestibular therapy to inpatient acute, neurologic care, geriatric, and outpatient orthopedic care.
Childbirth and breast cancer re-routed Angela’s path from orthopedic rehabilitation to Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy, women's health, and rehabilitation during- and post-cancer treatment. Informed by two Caesarean sections, courses of chemotherapy and radiation treatment, a hysterectomy, and multiple breast reconstruction surgeries, Angela approaches clients with deep empathy and understanding.
She treats women and men with complaints across the spectrum of pelvic health. Angela treats pelvic issues using internal and external techniques as well as taping, cupping, ergonomic/body mechanics education, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re-education. Whether it's pain, weakness, fatigue, pregnancy-related aches and pains, various forms of incontinence, impaired sexual function, or post-operative care, Angela wants clients to know they don't have to accept these issues as " just the way it is," and inspires them to see they can be the best versions of themselves with less pain and limitations.
In addition to English, Angela is fluent in Spanish and conversational in Korean and Portuguese.

Revathi Liechty, PT, DPT
“Rev” received her Doctor of Physical Therapy from East Tennessee State University in 2017. She discovered a passion for pelvic health through her practice of Orthopedic and Neuromuscular Rehabilitation. In treating patients, Rev noticed that many low back, hip, or sacroiliac diagnoses were actually rooted in pelvic floor dysfunction. Five years of fertility difficulties and pregnancy-related complications led Rev to pursue Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy herself. With a focus on pelvic floor health, Rev saw significant improvement in both her physical and mental health outcomes since giving birth in 2025. She personally attests that “every woman, pre- and post-pregnancy, can benefit from therapist-supervised intervention” to restore and maintain their pelvic health. With this background, Rev places great emphasis on viewing clients holistically, focusing not only on the area of impairment but how the entire body functions.
Rev treats both female and male clients with various pelvic health complaints. She utilizes biofeedback strategies, internal and external interventions, dry needling, and massage techniques (e.g., myofascial release with cupping) to meet clients specific needs. She’s help many clients meet their specific goals of better sleep, improved workout and gym tolerance, better sexual relationships, and general well being.
In addition to English, Rev is fluent in Telugu.
