our services
Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy
Therapy to evaluate and address muscles that support bladder and bowel function, reproductive organs, and sexual health. Our clinicians treat women, men, and children with the ultimate goal of restoring function, reducing pain and discomfort, and improving daily quality of life.
Treatment may include education, therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, biofeedback, behavioral strategies, and personalized home programs. We treat women, men, and children.
Manual Physical Therapy
Hands-on therapy to assess and address restrictions in muscles, joints, connective tissue, and nerves. Through Manual Physical Therapy, our clinicians aim to reduce pain, improve mobility and flexibility, enhance circulation, improve movement patterns and nerve mobility, and reduce muscle guarding and tension.
Our clinicians specialize in multiple techniques such as soft tissue massage, myofascial release, and internal/external trigger point release. Additional treatments include dry-needling, cupping, and the Graston Technique. Manual therapy techniques are included in all Physical Therapy service fees; appointments for dry-needling and cupping outside a Physical Therapy course of treatment are also available.
Mobile or In-Home Therapy
Pelvic Floor and/or Manual Physical Therapy wherever you feel most comfortable. This service is available to all clients and ideal for prenatal and postpartum clients or those recovering from surgery. Our clinicians deliver the same expert and comprehensive care in your preferred location as they do in the clinic.
This option is available for the entire course of treatment or individual appointments within your overall treatment plan.
Pelvic Floor Therapy
Pelvic health issues affect millions of people. But common doesn’t mean normal and it doesn’t have to mean permanent. These issues are treatable, with lasting improvements to overall health and quality of life entirely within reach.
We understand the hesitation around pursuing care. Maybe you’re embarrassed by your symptoms or nervous about the process. Or you’re skeptical improvement is possible and it feels less disappointing to live with symptoms than seek care and discover nothing changed. Perhaps you’re a caretaker and these concerns are at the bottom of your never-ending “To Do” list.
You deserve answers, effective treatment, and a care plan designed specifically for you. At Foundations Pelvic Floor Therapy & Health, we provide individualized, evidence-based treatment focused on restoring function, reducing pain, rebuilding confidence, improving bladder and bowel control, promoting sexual health, and helping clients return to the activities that matter most to them.
Our expert clinicians treat women, men, and children in a clinic that’s purposely built to accommodate the intimate nature of this therapy and honor your dignity.
Women’s Pelvic Health
While most women are aware of Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy, many remain uncertain whether their issues qualify as legitimate concerns or if they could benefit from pelvic floor care. Many of our female clients need reassurance that their health is important and permission to invest time and financial resources in improving their daily quality of life.
We cannot tell you how many women confide that they’ve never mentioned their concerns to their OB/GYN. However, following treatment, clients routinely report that if they’d known the improvements possible, they would never have waited so long to seek care. Let us care for and partner with you to address:

Men’s Pelvic Health
Pelvic floor care isn’t just for pre- and postpartum women! Men also experience pelvic health issues, often suffering for years as they bounce between their Primary Care Physician and Urology specialists only to be told there’s nothing “wrong” with them. As a result, men with pelvic floor concerns may feel dismissed, ignored, and defeated.
Our clinicians have years of experience treating men and their unique needs. Through our specialized evaluation and treatment process, we help you find lasting relief by reducing symptoms, restoring function, and improving overall quality of life.
Let’s get you back to what matters most to you by addressing:
Urinary incontinence
Urinary urgency & frequency
Pelvic, groin, or testicular pain
Chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome
Pain with sitting
Constipation and bowel dysfunction
Erectile dysfunction related to pelvic floor dysfunction
Post-prostatectomy rehabilitation
Pelvic floor muscle tension and dysfunction
Low back, hip, or abdominal pain associated with pelvic floor issues
Children’s Pelvic Health
Children also experience pelvic health concerns. They may benefit from pelvic floor physical therapy when they experience difficulties with bladder or bowel control–including daytime urinary accidents, bedwetting, urinary urgency or frequency, constipation, stool accidents, or challenges with toileting. These issues are often related to pelvic floor muscle coordination, bladder and bowel habits, or developmental factors.
Our clinicians utilize age-appropriate education, exercises, and behavioral strategies to help children improve bladder and bowel function, build healthy toileting habits, and gain confidence in daily activities.
We can help the child in your life with:
Daytime urinary accidents
Bedwetting (enuresis)
Urinary urgency and frequency
Constipation
Stool accidents (fecal incontinence) and encopresis
Painful bowel movements
Dysfunctional voiding patterns
Pelvic floor muscle coordination difficulties
Recurrent urinary tract infections related to bladder and bowel dysfunction
Toileting challenges and delayed toileting skills
